The Directorate of Museums inaugurated its first edition of Aitiya (Aitijya), a ten day festival in the Assam State Museum. The museum festival celebrated Assam's rich cultural and historical heritage, bringing together exhibitions, discussions, and performances to highlight the unique traditions of the region. Several documentary screenings, discussions on traditional art forms like Mukha Bhaona and Sukonani Ojapali, and special exhibitions on Assam’s history and culture were a part of the festival.
