The Badal Bhoi Adivasi Rajya Sangrahalaya, Madhya Pradesh’s first tribal museum in Chhindwara, has reopened after a ₹33 crore renovation by the Tribal Research Institute (TRI), Bhopal. The revamped museum features four galleries that celebrate the rich culture of tribal communities like the Baiga, Gond, and Bharia. Exhibits include traditional bamboo crafts, ironwork, clay artifacts, and vibrant tribal paintings, highlighting indigenous art and lifestyles.Designed with sensitivity to tribal aesthetics, the museum offers an immersive experience that educates visitors about tribal traditions and contributions.
