India and France signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to jointly develop the Yuga Yugeen Bharat National Museum, which will replace the existing National Museum within the historic North and South Blocks in New Delhi as part of the Central Vista Redevelopment Project. Spanning approximately 155,000 square meters, the museum aims to celebrate India’s continuous civilisational history through a world-class cultural institution. The MoU will facilitate technical and curatorial cooperation between the two countries, drawing on France’s expertise in museum development and adaptive reuse.
