Right to Information Museum to be Established in Beawar, Rajasthan

Beawar in Rajasthan, the birthplace of the first Right to Information (RTI) movement, was declared as the site of a new museum on the People’s Right to Information Museum. The museum will be set up by the Mazdoor Kisan Shakti Sangathan, and will house a diverse collection of audio, visual, and print material relating to the RTI movement. It will also function as an archive and a resource centre for citizens, engaging the public through workshops, training and courses on rights-based movements.
