Inaugurated in October 2025, the Living Museum features live demonstrations of traditional Mizo village life. The aim to design this ‘living museum’ was to familiarise the visitors with the cultures of Mizoram. Traditional cultures cannot always be museumized in conventional way. As culture grows, so does the museum. The museum is a replica of a traditional Mizo village to introduce the visitors to the traditional cuisines, games, attires, songs and dances. The immersive cultural experience is in the centre of this museum’s approach. Additionally, they have programs and events scheduled every Saturday to promote tourism while preserving and showcasing Mizo's cultures and traditions.
